Customs Duties

Customs authorities sometimes collect duties and taxes on goods coming into and out of a country. Any duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility. We do not offer refunds for the art work if the buyer refuses to pay these duties and taxes.

We’re sorry, we aren’t able to reimburse you for any local import taxes or duties, since those are payable by the importer (ie. the buyer).

Unfortunately, there isn’t a mechanism whereby we can say for sure whether your import will incur additional duties or taxes.
